We partner with clients who rely on their Refrigeration, Kitchen Equipment and HVAC. We understand everyday your equipment is down, it costs your business money. Our goal is to fix your unit as quickly as humanly possible, which is why we request all service calls acknowledge our $750 NTE. If we can get you back in business on the same day, we will do so! If the repair will exceed $750, we will provide you with a verbal and / or written proposal with Lead Time. You will receive a Manufacturer Certified Technician with a fully-stocked Service Van. We wish we could stock every single part for every single Manufacturer, but with the increase in Manufacturers and the increase in product lines, that could mean stocking hundreds of thousands of SKU’s. Our goal is to stock the critical items, most common items, and low cost items. If we don’t have what you need, our supplier network can have it to us within 24-48 hours in most cases. Scheduled Online Bookings are currently only being made in our morning time slot and booking at least 2 weeks into the future. If you need a sooner response, or if you are flexible in your scheduling, please call our office and we will assign you to our first available slot between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. Our schedule can change by the minute and we can often times sneak you in within 24-48 hours. Calling our office to place your service request allows us to get to you faster. It's our guarantee that you will not only receive a top tier technician, but an even better person. If we come up short, we will make it right. All quoted repairs are guaranteed for 90-days. **Please note that submitting an online booking request is a REQUEST.
